Ayurvedic Rituals

This session is a gentle, practical introduction to Ayurveda designed for a yoga festival audience who may be new to the concept but curious about holistic living. Raksha will guide participants through simple daily rituals that support energy, digestion and hormonal balance, using a mix of movement, breathwork and easy-to-understand Ayurvedic principles.

Beyond the flow

Beyond the flow is a Vinyasa journey. It blends movement with breath, moments of stillness and reflection.
Guided by the rhythm of the breath we will move through the physical practice into a deeper connection with ourselves. Stepping into the heart and out of the head. Class is suitable for all levels and you will leave feeling grounded, nourished and with an open heart

Careen Promotions for Women

Lee Daly, former executive coach to women in Intel, Apple, Amazon and more will be sharing his 4 stage system to move from invisible to valued in your workplace. You will leave with clarity on where to put your energy to earn more in your career and skip rungs on the corporate ladder.
